Herbs
At Evergreen Farm we grow a variety of annual and perennial culinary and medicinal herbs. We grow using organic methods in permanent no-till beds. Our goal is to produce nourishing herbs for you and for the earth, tending our soils and the numerous creatures that call this land home.

Flowers
Our flowers are primarily flowers that dry easily as we use them in our garlic braids and wreath making classes. As part of your share you can also harvest flowers when you come to the farm. All flowers are grown in no-till permanent beds using organic methods.

How it works
Our PYO Herb & Flower share runs from June - October and the cost is $200. Two times a month you can come out and harvest about 6 ounces of fresh herbs that are ready to harvest at that time. Imagine filling a 4 quart bowl/basket of herbs to take home and use fresh or dry. This amount varies greatly depending on what type of herb you are harvesting.
Herbs at the Farm
In 2025 we will have the following herbs growing at the farm, some of the perennials that are just planted will not be mature in 2025: Ashwagandha, Basil, Tulsi, Chamomile, Cilantro, Dill, Parsley, Oats, Borage, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Garlic, Calendula, Arnica, Astragalus, Chives, Catnip, Wild Bergamot, Yarrow, Arnica, Echinacea, Elderberry, Motherwort, Marshmallow, Schisandra, Comfrey, Mullien, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Red Clover, Lemon Balm, Mint, Lavender, Valerian, Anise Hyssop, Thyme, Oregano, & Sage. Quantities and availability will vary.
