  • Herbs

    At Evergreen Farm we grow a variety of certified organic annual and perennial culinary and medicinal herbs. All herbs available will be fresh and picked by members. We do have harvesting tools at the farm and signage and will be adding videos on how to harvest herbs this year. We grow in permanent no-till beds. Our goal is to produce nourishing herbs for you and for the earth, tending our soils and the numerous creatures that call this land home.

  • Flowers

    Our certified organic flowers include annual and perennial flowers, many dry easily as we use them in our garlic braids and wreath making classes. Each member can pick a bouquet of about 15 stems weekly during the season. We send out regular emails when new blooms are available to members can continue to create fresh and beautiful bouquets all season long. All flowers are grown in no-till permanent beds.

  • How it works

    Our PYO Herb & Flower CSA runs from mid June - mid October and the cost is $300. Each week you can come out and harvest a bouquet of flowers (average of 15 stems) and about a quart of fresh herbs that are ready to harvest at that time (amount varies based on size and stage of herbs). We will have a PYO station where you can find tools and resources for picking, flowers and herbs will be signed and we will send out emails regularly sharing what is ready and available for pickingl

Herbs at the Farm

In 2026 we will have the following herbs growing at the farm, some perennials that are just planted in 2025 will be limited in 2026: Ashwagandha, Basil, Tulsi, Chamomile, Cilantro, Dill, Parsley, Milky Oats, Borage, Lemongrass, Rosemary, Garlic, Calendula, Arnica, Astragalus, Chives, Catnip, Wild Bergamot, Yarrow, Echinacea, Elderflower, Motherwort, Marshmallow, Comfrey, Mullien, Raspberry Leaf, Nettle, Red Clover, Lemon Balm, Mint, Lavender, Valerian, Anise Hyssop, Thyme, Oregano, & Sage and more! Quantities and availability will vary - we can't guarantee that all herbs planted will be available this season.

Thank you so much for your interest in the PYO Herb & Flower Share, we have a limited number of Shares available. Our PYO CSA is $300 for the season and members can come pick weekly from mid June to mid October. PYO members can harvest a bouquet of flowers and a quart of herbs each week. Please fill out this form to join for the 2026 season.

PYO members can also bring a guest to pick with them one time during the season and can have guests pay for a PYO session if they want to bring more people.
