Our Sampler pack contains 1 roast (3-4 lbs), 2 packs of chops (each pack has 2 chops), 1 lb breakfast sausage patties, 1 lb sweet Italian sausage, 1 lb hot Italian sausage, 1 lb bacon, 1 lb ground pork. Our pasture raised pork was fed organic grain and raised outside for their entire time at Evergreen Farm. We work to ensure our livestock are raised with intention, moving them to fresh pasture regularly, providing with high quality grain and forage, and raising them with love and dignity.
